The Dodge Charger Registry (T.D.C.)
Helping to Find and Restore Legends

The registry is for 1966-78 Dodge Chargers. We have been registering cars since 1986, and have documented over 8500 cars. T.D.C.'s purpose is to register every Charger possible, to provide an information source to Charger owners, to help locate parts, and to help influence companies to reproduce parts by showing how may Chargers are still around. We want information on any Charger, no matter how much or little is known, or how old the information is, or whether the car is a parts car or has been crushed, or even previously owned cars. The "puzzle" has over 500,000 pieces, so every bit of information counts.

Registering your Charger is FREE! To register your Charger, please provide your name, address, and phone number along with the VIN, plus as many of the following items as possible:

  1. Pencil rubbing of fender tag
  2. Photocopy of build sheet
  3. Photocopy of window sticker
  4. Recent picture of car
  5. Condition/use of car (driving car, parts car, junkyard car, has been crushed, etc)
  6. Any known information about prior owner(s)

All information is kept in strict confidence.

You can run wanted or for sale ads with T.D.C. at no cost to you, just send your ad including your phone number.

Annual memberships in T.D.C. are also available ($25 initial year, $20 renewal). Membership entitles you to a T-shirt commemorating the annual National Charger Meet, a T.D.C. decal, our periodic newsletter, and production and option breakdowns (including code plate and broadcast sheet breakdowns) for your persona vehicles. Membership fees cover the cost of the the T-shirt, decal and newsletter, plus finance the annual National Charger Meets. The National Charger Meets are free to all members!

Finally, please help by registering junkyard cars (include location and phone number of junkyard) and cars known to have been crushed, as well as sending in build sheets found in junkyard cars or mismatched build sheets found in your cars. This will help complete the registry and provide vital information about colors, options, and build dates.
