I changed the filter and gasket in my 727 (440, B-Body) and am getting a slow drip. Looks like it’s coming from the gasket. I’ve tried cork and rubber gaskets, tried with gasket sealer and without. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated !

Did it leak b4 the filter change? How tight did you tighten the bolts? The oil and trans pans are very sensitive to this, you need to torque them correctly. Short of the correct manuals/tools for that, I was always taught to put my hand up on the head of the ratchet and tighten until it was snug.
If it looks like you've tightened them up too much and deformed the pan, take it back off and use a piece of 1x to pound the dimples around the bolt holes back flat again. The other option is to buy a cast rather than stamped pan, they won't deform.
You could also consider a small amount of ATF RTV on the gasket.
Are you sure it isn't coming from the shift selector seal or the dipstick tube seal?

About 99.9% sure it's coming from the gasket Dave. I checked above the gasket with a clean rag and it came up clean. I did try to "dimple" the bolt holes and tried gasket sealer as well. When I picked the car up it had not been driven much, had a lot of oil and trans fluid leaking. Most has been corrected, just this one small leak,, Anyone ever use the Moroso Perm-Align pan gasket ? It's a re-useable pan gasket, metal sandwiched between 2 rubber gaskets. My Grand Prix uses something like this and it's been reused 3 times.
Thanks for your help guys !
Also look for anything not right with the trans case itself, maybe someone pried on it with a screwdriver at some point and caused a high spot? Never used that gasket, but sounds like it might take up whatever is getting in the way of a good seal.
