I was passing Maywood Park Racetrack when the 'big wind' hit. I hope the pictures work. The roof of the little apartments was ripped off right in front of me. It caught power lines and ripped them down on top of my truck. They were caught between the cab and the trailer after hitting the top of the cab and got caught on the left front top of the trailer. Another big rush of wind hit just in time and the tree that was pulling down one of the poles moved quite a bit bending the pole in the oposite direction and taking the wires up. I shoved the truck into reverse and mashed the gas, made a u-turn and got out of there. 15 minutes after this picture the sun was out and it was calm. Crazy weather!!
