Hey Chris, Glad to hear you got the Duster finished. Sounds great. Can't wait to hear how it runs at the track. Going to a Cope 727 was a good move. Did you opt for an internal trans brake? ...
Hey Chris. Running a Procharged 408 these days. Finished the motor over the winter and I am still in the process of sorting the motor and other chassis mods out. Ran a 128MPH a few weeks ago. Car...
A 1979 Chrysler 300 went 10.50 @121 mph on 1/5/13 at Speedworld dragway:) - making it "The fastest 300".

Ya Jeremy. Looked hard at a lot of stuff out there. Most were beat to pieces. I know that late B's are not the best choice for all out race cars, but atleast I am starting out with a known...
Just started using some stuff called "Highway Shine" Ultra finish. It's a sealant. Good stuff!
You gotta go over to the www.Moparstyle.com web sight under the racing section " caging a late B " for pics and discriptions.
Hard to tell it was a Mopar intil they put the decal package on it.
Hey Don, thanks for posting all the cool pics. Cordova always puts on a great show. Hope you are doing well. John
That was my first pass ever down that track. Just a time run. Went red by - plenty. The DA was pretty bad. Ran a bunch of 12.02's and 3's. Could never quite make the 11's.

Wish I could have been there but I don't live in the area anymore. The club needs someone to take charge of this portion of the weekends activities and make it grow a little bit ( could be you?). ...
Yea, maybe the next motor Chris.
Definitely wierd Jeremy. Besides hot during the day time, we are in the middle of our "monsoon" season. It rains ( usually every day in the afternoon ) for about 2 hours. Also we can get awesome...
Well, I finally got the top end back on my 408 last weeek. Since the ADRA's next race isn't till Sept 9, I decided to redo the heads and look things over. Did a little more port work on the heads....

Keep strokin on it!! It will be a cool ride when it's done. Went .010 red in the first round at my last ADRA race on 6/3 - against a 15 second car. Only have 3 races left for this season and I am...
Glad to hear you got out to the track big D. Congrats on the record. Low points 3,4,5,7 should be easy fix's. How's the race car coming along?
Totally agree on that one Dennis. Your time slip almost puts you in information overload these days.
Actually - yes. Caught hime in the lights. One of thr few times I didn't have a problem racing a slower car. I usually red light. Hard to wait. In the good old days ( which weren't that good )...
