The flyers don't list any start time for the event - when do things kick off?

The indoor portion of the show will be undergoing set up from 5 am until 8 am, we plan to start the outside set up for swap vendors at 5 also by 9:00 we should have the swap all going the inside full and the car show field building, all show cars are to get in by 12 noon, and we hope to have trophies near 2:30. I'd call the show from 9 until 3... if your looking to shop the swap... get there at 9, if just to look at show cars... give them a little chance to build numbers perhaps about 11 am (most will be settled by 11) If you going to show a car outside... get there between 8:30 and noon.
