Anyone know where I can get a one wire Neutral Safety Switch. Not sure what year the trans is all I know is it's a one wire and it's leaking. During the research I've been doing I've read that you can also use a 3 wire NSS and use the center post, is that correct. I've found 3 wire units at Year One and Rock Auto.
It's a big block trans if that makes any difference
Thanks In advance for your help !!

Are you sure you don't just need a new oring?

I cleaned the area around the NSS really well and it appears to be leaking from around the o-ring and from around the plastic piece that's behind the threaded post. I can't even get the nut off the threaded post, the plastic piece just spins in the NSS. Seems fairly loose. I have it out now and just want to replace the whole thing.

Hey furious70. could not find any single wire NSS so I tried just a new o-ring like you suggested and it worked. Thanks a bunch for your input !!

Sometimes it is actually an easy fix, glad it was for you.
