Special Event License Plates for our 17th Annual Belvidere Mopar Happening July 14 & 15th, 2007, held at the Boone County Fairgrounds, Belvidere, IL.  Cost is remaining the same at only $25.00 per set.  This years plates features the 2008 Dodge Challenger.

 

There will be 150 sets of plates ordered (unless there is a great turnout from pre-registration-this number may be increased).  If interested, please call or email for available numbers.  The sale of the plates is based on first come-first served basis.

If any number is acceptable, please fill out the above form and mail along with Check payable to CMC to Roger Schmeling, 2740 Squaw Prairie Road, Belvidere, IL  61008.  Along with this form, YOU MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE REGISTRATION FORM FROM THE VEHICLE THE PLATES WILL BE DISPLAYED ON.  If for Non-display, registration form not needed.  If you want to have the plates shipped to you, include $4.50 for shipping (total of $29.50 per set).  Plates will be available for pick-up around May 8th and also available at Mo-Power Madness in Naperville on May 20th, 2007.
